Human Welfare Foundation’s Malda Campus inaugurated in Malda, West Bengal. The 12-acre campus located at Shantinagar in Narayanpur is proposed to have many promising educational and vocational training institutes including an English medium school, degree college, residential coaching centre for competitive exams, vocational training centre, hostels for boys and girls, and medical centre. This is Human Welfare Foundation’s second campus in West Bengal after Howrah Campus.
The Campus was inaugurated by Arifali T, Vice Chairment, Human Welfare Foundation. In his inaugural talk, Arifali mentioned that the Campus will impart value-based education to all sections of society in the region.
Other dignitaries present were Dr SQR Ilyas (Trustee, HWF), Dr Abdussalam Ahmed (Rector, Al-Jamia Al-Islamiya, Shanthapuram, Kerala), Dr Abdul Lateef (President, Ethical Medical Forum, Kerala), Dr Shamsul Haque (Principal, Gazole Mahavidyalaya), Dr Sadek Ali (Assistant Professor, University of Gour Banga), Dr Md Mehedi Hasan (Assistant Professor, University of Gour Banga), Dr Abdul Wahab (Assistant Professor, Samsi College), Mr Abdur Rafique, Naufal PK (CEO, HWF), and Mr Nuruddin Shah.
