CTAG (Career and Training Advancement Group) has embarked on a remarkable mission that is both inspirational and transformative. Our primary goal is to offer mentorship and academic guidance to a carefully selected cohort of talented minority students, starting from the 9th grade and continuing until they embark on their professional careers. This initiative is designed to bridge the gaps in educational opportunities and empower young individuals from marginalized backgrounds to reach their full potential.
The selection process for this program is rigorous and merit-based. Approximately 25 students are chosen each year based on their performance in the National Minority Talent Search Exam, which is conducted by the Human Welfare Foundation. This exam serves as a platform for identifying and recognizing promising talent among minority communities, often characterized by their limited access to educational and career opportunities.
The aim of CTAG is not only to provide educational support but to create a platform for these talented minority students to fulfill their career aspirations and become leaders and role models in their respective fields. We believe that by investing in their potential, we are not only transforming their lives but also contributing to the overall progress and development of their communities.
