Refugees are one of the most vulnerable communities on the earth. There is an estimated 250,000 refugees and asylum seekers in India came from neighbouring countries. Denied access to much government-issued documentation, these humanitarian migrants are often excluded from formal sys-tems for socio-economic inclusion and fall into the margins of the society. HWF’s Refugee Relief Program aims at helping these refugees by providing with basic needs and requirements.
