The Human Welfare Foundation organized a two-day School Management Training Workshop at the HWF Mewat Campus in Marora village, Haryana. This initiative was conducted in collaboration with the Mewat Private School Federation (MPSF) and aimed to empower school managers, administrators, and principals from across the Mewat region with updated knowledge and skills in institutional management.

The workshop sought to align school leadership with modern educational practices and equip them to respond more effectively to the region’s unique challenges.

The program commenced with a warm welcome address by Master Qasam Azad, representing MPSF. Mr. Shariq Ansar, Manager – Education at HWF, elaborated on the objectives of the workshop, emphasizing the significance of improving management practices to enhance educational outcomes.

Mr. Shibli Arsalan, Director of the HWF Mewat Campus, addressed the gathering with a detailed overview of the prevailing educational challenges in the Mewat region. Layeeq Ahmad Khan from Hyderabad spoke on the theme of fostering inclusive school cultures in Mewat. Salam K.P. from Kerala delivered an insightful lecture on the role of school management in achieving academic excellence. Faizy Rahman, In-charge of CTAG in New Delhi, provided a valuable session on the importance of counseling in schools.

In the keynote session, Mr. Devendra Sethi, an educationist and trainer, engaged the participants in a thoughtful dialogue on the role of leadership in school development, serving as the Chief Guest of the event. He introduced comprehensive school improvement models, discussed the development of actionable plans, and encouraged school leaders to build a clear vision for the future.

The workshop concluded on a positive note, with participants expressing appreciation for the opportunity to learn, interact, and network with fellow educators and experts.
