Nagrik Vikas Kendra (NVK), an initiative under the Human Welfare Foundation, is dedicated to helping rural communities access grants and aids from various State and Central Government welfare schemes. NVK operates voluntarily among underdeveloped communities, raising awareness about available government assistance.

In line with its mission, NVK organized a workshop titled ‘Alleviation of Poverty through Government SchemesI in Bhagalpur, Bihar, aimed at educating the public about social welfare programs. The event saw the participation of over 100 individuals and 20 NGOs. The chief guest was former Vice-Chancellor Kshamendra Singh Narayan, with Deputy Mayor Salahuddin serving as the guest of honor. Syed Shah Ashraf, patron of BESCO, played a key role as the Chief Coordinator of the workshop.
