The Human Welfare Foundation invites applications from talented students currently pursuing Class X to join LEAD 100 – Leadership Excellence for Advancement & Development, a flagship initiative aimed at identifying and nurturing exceptionally talented students from underprivileged and socially disadvantaged communities and empowering them to become impactful future leaders.

As part of the first phase of the initiative, 20 talented students currently pursuing Class X will be selected and provided with sustained educational support, career guidance, mentoring and leadership development opportunities. The programme will support and guide the selected students throughout their educational journey—from schooling to postgraduate and doctoral studies and beyond.

LEAD 100 seeks to prepare a new generation of leaders capable of making meaningful contributions in diverse fields, including public policy, law, social enterprise, corporate management, technology and civil services.

The programme will offer a comprehensive range of opportunities, including education support, career counselling, personalised mentorship, leadership development, exposure programmes, internships, networking and opportunities for higher education in India and abroad. Selected students will also become part of a lifelong alumni network, creating opportunities for continued learning, collaboration and professional engagement.

The initiative is designed as a long-term investment in talented young minds who have the potential to create meaningful social impact. By providing sustained support from Class X onwards, LEAD 100 seeks to help deserving students overcome financial and social barriers and realise their full potential.
