In a gesture aimed at promoting education and empowering students, the Human Welfare Foundation recently disbursed scholarships to 35 deserving individuals pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the Delhi and Haryana regions. The ceremony, held at The Scholar School in Jamia Nagar, New Delhi, witnessed the distribution of 95 scholarship cheques, specifically earmarked for orphan students, alongside those for other deserving candidates.
The event, graced by esteemed dignitaries, Dr. M. Farooque, President of the Medical Service Society and Chief Guest of the occasion, deliver an inspiring address. Joining him were notable figures including Mr. Kaleemul Hafeez, Chairman of the Al Hafeez Educational Society; Er. Aqeel Ahmad, Chief Engineer of the Municipal Corporation Delhi; Dr. Ataurrahman Azmi, Regional Coordinator at IGNOU; and Dr. Habeebul Rahman, Associate Professor at Jamia Millia Islamia and General Secretary of the Model Village Trust, who were acknowledged as Guests of Honor.
During the ceremony, the guests distributed scholarship cheques to the recipients and underscored the paramount importance of education in shaping the future of individuals and communities alike. They encouraged the students to remain steadfast in their pursuit of knowledge and to prioritize their educational goals above all else.
Mr. Saleemullah Khan, Senior Manager of Education at HWF, took the opportunity to shed light on the various educational empowerment initiatives spearheaded by the foundation. Among those present were PK Noufal, CEO of HWF; Dr. Rizvan Rafeequi, Senior Manager of Public Relations; and Dr. Arif Nadvi, Manager of Healthcare.
