The Human Welfare Foundation organized a two-day teachers’ training workshop in Kolkata aimed at empowering educators and aligning them with the evolving educational landscape. Teachers from various districts across West Bengal participated with enthusiasm in this significant event.
The workshop, a part of the HWF’s ongoing efforts to enhance educational practices, offered valuable professional development opportunities. Attendees engaged in sessions on the latest advancements in educational strategies, classroom management techniques, and innovative teaching methods. Key topics included the New Education Policy-2020, the National Curriculum Framework, and understanding child psychology, which were discussed in depth to enrich participants’ teaching practices.
