Leadership Excellence for Advancement and Development
LEAD 100 is a flagship initiative of the Human Welfare Foundation (HWF) to identify, nurture and empower exceptionally talented students from underprivileged and backward communities in India.The program aims to select 20 promising students each year for five years, creating a cohort of 100 future leaders. Selected students will receive comprehensive support from Class XI through higher education and beyond, enabling them to pursue their aspirations without financial or social barriers.
What LEAD 100 Offers

Who Can Apply?
- Pursuing Class X from a recognised school
- Belong to the Muslim community or an OBC community as defined by government criteria
- Demonstrate strong academic potential and leadership qualities
- Motivated to pursue higher education and make a positive impact on society
Selection Process
Selection will be rigorous and transparent, comprising eligibility screening, aptitude and personality assessments and interviews.
